I am a continuous learner. I have spent over two decades examining my own thinking surrounding outdated love relationship norms and exploring new possibilities in partnership.

I openly share my relationship learning experiences with the intention of creating heart to heart connections with others who have the same deep desire to consciously create their love story.

I live in the Catoctin Mountains of Maryland with my partner, Michael. We just celebrated another wedding anniversary co-creating what’s next in our relationship. Together we own Celebration Cellars Winery and Retreat Center, where we host events and create a relaxed yet elegant environment for our customers and guests.
